Appointments

To ensure that you get an appointment for the date and time you desire, we suggest booking all appointments a few weeks in advance.  Our website displays the most up-to-date availability.  Please note that we require a credit card to reserve your appointment.  We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard for booking an appointment.

Follow up Updated Policy 10/16/2024

Pure Beauty & Wellness provides a complimentary follow up for clients regularly scheduled every 3-4 months. If client does not receive treatment during this interval, please note that we charge a standard injector fee of $75 for all follow up treatments administered, which covers the expertise and precision required for optimal results.

Cancellations

As a courtesy to our providers, please provide a minimum of 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.  You will be charged $150 if an appointment is canceled less than 48 hours in advance. In the case of a No-Call No-Show, you may be charged the full cost for your scheduled service. 

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you may be required to reschedule to avoid disrupting other clients’ appointments.

There are NO exceptions to these policies.

Returns & Refunds

If you would like to return your purchased skincare product, we will exchange it for another product only.  No refund will be given.  We do not accept returns or exchanges on gift cards.  Services received can not be refunded.

Consultations

We provide consultations and in-depth skin analysis with one of our expert providers.  We believe an informed client with realistic expectations will be most satisfied with our treatments and results.  Our consultations include education about your unique skin type, a comprehensive discussion about all options available to you, both immediate and long term, and a clear plan of action based on your individual goals.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

Our practice takes our Cancellation Policy seriously and expects the same from our patients. All clients will be required to provide their credit card information when booking their appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours prior to your appointment online, on our mobile app, or call (586) 873-8102. COVID Policy

We are open based on CDC and government guidelines. Please Note: We are requiring patients to review our COVID-19 Informed Consent before scheduling an appointment. We will continue to remain up-to-date with CDC standards and will communicate any changes to our clients. We will continue to monitor the status of COVID-19 and follow recommendations made by health officials and our Medical Director.

Please DO NOT schedule any appointments within 2 weeks of receiving ANY vaccination, including the COVID-19 vaccine.
